Uncharted 4: A Thief's End - Chapter 22 All Collectible Locations (Treasures, Entries, Notes)

There are a total of 193 collectibles in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. This consists of 109 Treasures, 25 Journal Entries, 23 Journal Notes and 36 optional Conversations (I made a separate video for the conversations). You can track how many you have in the "Statistics" section in the "Extras" menu. You will unlock the following trophies for collecting all the collectibles:

First Treasure | Bronze
Treasure Hunter | Bronze
Treasure Master | Silver
Relic Finder | Hidden | Bronze
Jot This Down | Bronze
Lost Art of Journaling | Bronze
Take a Note | Bronze
Lost History | Bronze
Gift of Gab | Hidden | Silver

Once you pick up a collectible, it saves for good and you don't need to pick it up again if you die. You can even quit out of the game and it'll still be saved. The "Treasures" list in the pause menu is in order (except for chapter 14) so this makes things easier to track what you are missing. "Chapter Select" will also tell you what you are missing in each chapter.
