Nice!! Oh Yum!!! SLANINA!! (curd pork fat) and then amazing Tripe Soup or" Schimbe Chorba" washed down with a few glasses of Domashna Rakjia... it's best cure after a hard night in BG!!! We've been to all these locations and many others over the years. Our children were christened at Rila Monastery in the 1990s.
