Yes there is a book in the library on the top shelf. You need to crash into the shelf using pagausus boots then it will open up telling you the sequence.

I just posted this on another video as I'm looking for answers: apparently this it doesn't work if you have the rooster following you. All I get is a message that pops up every time I try to push the slab. I'm guessing this is to prevent gaining access to the dungeon and being able to fly around with the rooster. It may also prevent you if you are being followed by the ghost?
