Cupcake Poppers (a.k.a. Spongebob Pretty Patties) with yoyomax12

These look a lot like French macarons, but they are not (macarons are made with meringue/almond) I hope to do some "real" macarons soon!
Tomorrow is a Thanksgiving turkey cupcake.

I have to stress the point to everyone that these are NOT MACAROONS! Macaroons are delicious, but they're not cake. They have a sort of crispy outer shell on the cake part, and the filling isn't marshmallow based. These in this video, however, are normally referred to as whoopie pies.

I googled your question (as I didn't know) and it turns out you can depending on the type of batter (apparently boxed mix batters don't freeze well).

@BeCreative329 Neon colours have other colours mixed in (like lots of yellow in the green) and this case the combination works.
