Great review thanks, but the notch at the top and the even bigger camera hump on the back are both just to in elegant in my view, especially for such a high price.

I use both Apple and Android. I'm currently using a Note 8. I've had iPhones before and I will again. This right here was a fanboy review. Dude works for iMore whose job is to cover Apple products, the biggest of which is the iPhone. They don't want to upset Apple. I felt like certain flaws were glossed over. I also noticed that in talking about the screen he was careful not to say the word 'Samsung', which is how I would do it if I was an Apple employee. And I feel like those who loved this review do so because want to feel good about their $1000 purchase. This is not to dissuade anybody from getting the X. I really don't care. Just my opinion on the review itself.

Ah, that's the first I heard confirmed that the touch layer runs at 120hz now, that was my theory from the "more responsive" keynote comment. I dunno why people here are confused by it or saying it's wrong, the touch layer and the screen refresh are two different things.
