Pool is located in front of the house and not the back. Home is still up for sale and has never been lived in thus it has been on the market for more than 3 years. The price has been lowered to $45 million or more than $12 million below its original asking price.

$57 million for this property? I've seen properties much more private, secure, and luxurious for a third of that price. This is not a worthwhile investment.

If they said 3 million, i would believe it, but 57m? in my country you can get a whole beach with a big mansion for half of that price.

Very funny to listen this guy say ‘located in North Malibu, a lot of people really like it because its a 20- to 25-minute drive from a private airport in Camarillo, they can fly in from anywhere in the world’ when what he REALLY should be saying is ‘you’ve heard of Malibu? the Colony? Point Dume? Oh no, keep driving... this is a 20- to 25-minute drive north and you STILL aren’t there yet... Malibu is 26 miles and counting... a round-trip drive to downtown LA will mean 5 hours in a car... this used to be what we called weekend retreats, where the kids would complain of loneliness... why would you want to live out here? No one will ever visit you unless you kidnap them...’
