Missing Joliet father found dead in Des Plaines River

A missing father of seven in Joliet was found dead Friday morning in the Des Plaines River after he was missing for over a week.

Being black and walking off without your wallet know that you could get arrested for not having ID just isn’t what a responsible person would do. Taking a person’s ID and phone before their death seems to fix this case because he wouldn’t had to leave his phone and wallet to go pee in or by the river. Something isn’t quite right with this.

Those friends need to be investigated. So he just walked off and not one friend asked him where he was going? My neighbors be like "Where you going all dressed up" Sometimes my neighbors ask me where Im going and they are not even my friends SMH!
