How to by-pass the Verizon Start-Up Wizard

2: Volume Down
3: Back Button
4: Home Button

if this does not work look up the model of your phone by (if you can) removing the battery and look for model # and try taking a picture of it and image searching it

Dude, Freaking Magic! Worked on an S5 where the modem [EFS Folder Specifically] got messed up, I could not get past that screen! but this worked!!
S5 is Verizon, 4.4.2 G900VVRU1ANCG
