Is Google still an attractive employer? The company continues to lay off employees, holds the last spot in important business areas like B2B Cloud, has AI solutions that are lagging behind, and suffers from a reputation for poor data privacy, which is at an all-time low. Regardless of the role—whether it's Software Engineer, Product Owner, or Marketing Manager—do you really want to work there? I understand that they offer good salaries, but money isn't everything. Many other tech companies offer similar or even better pay than Google. Additionally, their work-from-home policy is very strict. For example, they pay you less if you decide to work from a city that is supposedly cheaper in terms of the cost of living compared to where Google offices are located. So, once again, are you sure about Google?
