Future Skills Accelerator to give employees in financial sector more job mobility

A new platform aims to identify and bridge the skills gap of those in the financial sector, while providing training recommendations. It utilises artificial intelligence with data gathered from the industry. The system helps employees chart career pathways through internal job opportunities. The Future Skills Accelerator was launched at the Institute for Banking and Finance's Distinction Evening. It uses up-to-date labour market data to develop targeted workforce planning strategies.
