The Best Advice I've Ever Received (changed my life)

One of the most common questions I get is “What is the best advice you’ve ever received?” 🤔

You may remember in a previous video I shot a Vlog from NYC where I was working on a campaign.

I couldn’t share much information at the time, but now I can. I was working with Synchrony Bank and they wanted me to share the best advice I’ve ever received.

Best advice... pay yourself FIRST. Every pay Invest 10% and live on 90% as a starter. As you become debt free invest a larger percentage.

The best advice I've ever received was to share your knowledge. Don't be stingy with the things you know. And also, "You catch more flies with honey, than vinegar". That's one of my favorite lessons as well. Treat people with respect when speaking with them even if it's criticism, phrase it with care, and do not be a condescending know it all.

The best advices I got were from my grandmothers. First one, for me to help people and don’t worry about the money, it will come. The 2nd advice was don’t say no to the low hanging fruit but go after the ones high up the tree, those are sweetest ones, third, don’t be afraid to make mistakes. It’s hard to choose from those 3 because all 3 advices helped me succeed.

"Son, be a long term thinker."

I don't think he expected that I'd be telling him about where I wanted to be by the age of 45 at 27. And giving him financial advice and telling him to think about retirement.

The best advice I got from my mom was, Not to Drink beer, Not to to any Drugs Or smoke any Tobacco.

She was right and still is...
When I go to a supermarket I see lots of people buying alcohol, Beer, or Tobacco...

And I always hear people say I don't have any more money...
