Maybe you could use deepslate bricks for the inside and layer the outside with stone an snow! Making a nest inside your Notable mountain spire!

Very relatable, I wake up, look around and decide to rip out all the walls in my house every time.

The interior would look less depressing if you textured the walls with cobblestone and andesite. Some support beams made of stripped logs would also help break up the monochromatic space. Stone walls to partition individual rooms would make the floorplan more interesting. I'm not pressuring you to do all of that. You don't have to if you don't want to. These are just suggestions to make the base better.
