16:27 Right here I couldn’t process so I asked my teacher about it and solved it like this :-

Given - <C = 70°, AO is the bisector of <CAB & BO is the bisector of <CBA
Bisectors AO and BO meet at point O

Let <CAO = <OAB = x & <CBO = OBA = y
<C+ <A+ <B = 180
70° + 2x+ 2y = 180°
2(x+y) = 180 - 70 =110°
x+y = 110/2 = 55°
Therefore, x+y = 55°
On triangle OAB
<AOB + <OAB + <OBA = 180°
<AOB + x+y = 180°
Therefore, <AOB + 55° = 180°
<AOB = 180 - 55
<AOB = 125 °
