Put First Things First Habit 3 | The 7 Habits | (Stephen Covey)
Did you know that most people spend their time on urgent tasks, not important ones? This is because urgent tasks are often more visible and demanding, while important tasks can be less so.
Based on the importance and urgency, Stephen Covey has categorised the tasks into four quadrants and the most important ones with the least urgency fall in Quadrant II and have the greatest impact on our long-term goals and thus on our life.
A few examples of the most important but the least urgent activities are health and fitness, reading, reflecting, relationship building, goal setting and networking.
