Attention is the new currency..

Here’s an interesting observation I’ve made since the household (my wife and our two kids) have gotten the #chromatic a much larger emphasis on focus. In a world where everything is competing for your attention it’s been crazy to see them refocus and this renassance bring back an era of gaming I thought was long lost to time.

What's crazy, both my brother and I asked for pretty much a retro Christmas.
I got something for my N64, and my brother got a PS1.
We pretty much got our first gaming consoles.

We live in a world where skimming off the top has been the way attention time ads that are either rediculous not related and not helping the local buisnesses unless youve made your own youtube channel to help yourself. But now the attention they are getting into the games are skimming off the top trying for your time while it says sorry for not being what it was touted to be while not saying sorry at all and yet the buyer isnt what leads the direction its the money board backers microsoft having been included after swallowing companies and killing ips to not have their money taken while skimming off the top re releasing games ten years down a line because they havent have fufilled games for the people making it while meeting the money crunch of its backers able to pull a rug when ever it doesnt suit thier pockets on top of asking for royalties or even worse the lawsuit with many lawyers to tear down any chance of bettering gamming as a whole.

Definitely, I have probably 3000 games between physical and emulation. That is being picky with my choices too. I probably have 35 or more still in the package and have completed less than 1%. Sad.

I love Gameboy color, but when they came out I bought a Gameboy pocket instead. Then my next handheld console was a GBA. Personally I prefer the GBA for many reasons. The layout is better for my big hands and the screen is bigger. It will play all Gameboy games since it has the GBC hardware in it. It’s the best of the Gameboys in my opinion.
