Just traded my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss LT for a 2021 Ram 1500 Built To Serve Edition. Every bell and whistle. Blows the Silverado out of the water. Fit, finish and features.

Toyota Tundra might not have the most bells and whistles like the Ford or Ram but resale and reliability are the best. The 5.7 is thirsty but will do everything you need it to with ease. If it ain't broke don't fix it! Very informative video!

Solid quick comparison of the major models on the market right now. Thanks.

Giving a full-size pickup a bad rating for poor gas mileage is stupid. No one (that has any sense) goes shopping for a full-size truck and says “this better get at least 25mpg or I’m not buying!” I’ll take 10mpg as long as it’s a V8 and not some bs active fuel management that switches to a 4 cylinder.

Used to be a Ford guy but switched to the Ram and OMG I’m glad I did.

The Tundra hasn’t been re-designed but it has had significant improvements/upgrades every year. You can’t beat it for reliability and resale value. I love my 2020 Tundra Limited, wouldn’t own anything else!

I have a wife, a 17 year old kid and a 90lbs dog. I am looking to get a pickup truck sometime next year 2020.  I have watched your videos to try to see which would fit our needs best.  The trouble is most all reviews focus on towing.  My situation is a little different.  My primary purpose is to haul the family and commute to work daily ( about 60/40 city/freeway) nothing extreme, and only about 50 miles a day round trip).  The truck aspect is for the occasional trash haul, or helping someone move, or getting plywood at Home Depot for some project.
With all that being said, I want the most comfortable room, best fuel economy, reliability, safety and price.  What is your recommendation?
Thank you

Reliability is all I care about... so I'll keep buying Toyota.

Interesting. Only have owned 2 pickups. A sierra and a Silverado. But many others friends have. I think you have the ratings for options right but you have to have QUALITY AND RELIABILITY upside down! The Ram would be the very last on my list!!!

20 my dream truck. Tundra will also outlast and out perform everything else on this list.

Zero talk of reliability, since when did that take a back seat to fuel economy?

JFC read the fine print. People in Europe switch fuel types to get worse mpg to save money. Look it up. Ram, Ford GM and I believe the new titan use premium fuels for hp, torque and mpg rating. The Tundra is cheaper to drive than the GMC with the 420HP motor using premium. Do the math. For anything cheaper to drive the Tundra will still be the cheapest to own by the time you sell it. Resale is higher and statistically repairs are less saving you time and headaches.

In the world of 100 various trim packages, why not bring a back a good single cab and an 8' bed, with a trim package nicer then a w/t?
