I was really depressed recently and I tried to ignore it. I was in denial. But as I walked alone to see the parade fireworks yesterday, I felt like I couldn't turn away anymore. I looked at it the darkness inside of me and admitted its reality. So yes, it has returned again. I feel so tired. I feel like breaking. I want to scream. I finally allowed myself to cry. I will never again try to die, I promised this myself 4 years ago and I intend to keep it. And so I cope with this pain as best as I can today.
