No, you shouldn’t. I told my fiancée I did not want to kiss while engaged. Well, one evening we were sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific…in the moonlight…. So much for that commitment.
The trouble was that whenever we took walks together after that (70s) and we had no car, we would kiss…4hours worth. We also had no money to go do something else than take a walk in the woods. Even though we did not “go too far” we lost out on months of communication. When we did get married we had SO MANY arguments, because we had not learned to understand each other.
We both had difficult, dysfunctional home lives… maybe it would have been that way anyway. But, many times I have wished we used our dating/engagement time learning to know each other better.

I thought it was okay, then I asked myself what's the justification for it? That kinda just led me down the road to where I am now.
I think physical-sexual intimacy outside of marriage is wrong.
You also have to remember that just a little over a hundred years ago any touching between unmarried people was considered immoral. The more you know...

In Serbian culture its common to kiss someone 3 times in the cheek when u meet someone witch shows welcoming and love.Why 3 times u may ask? Number 3 is usualy simbolism of holy trinity cause we also use 3 fingers to greet someone.

Kissing with tongue is gross, not necessary and kind of ridiculous if you think about it. I would bet anybody a 100 bucks that if you are in a marriage If you refrain from kissing with the tongue that It will bring you closer together believe it or not.
