Just purchased the Craft Endurance Trail Pro, hmmmm algorithm is always watching 😮 oh well no issue, always been a Tim Tollefson fan. Great athlete and true ambassador of the ultra trail community. Best of luck in 2023 season.

During race=Jicama tortillas! Basmsti rice! Won't fluctuate your sugar and insulin as much. Pre-race: Avocados, fish or fish oil, olive oil anything, nuts! Stay away from PB and Almonds, too many lectins! Nut spreads. Great video!
