We have a travelling merchant that I run in our games that just acts as our one stop shop. I make shops for the cities but the prices are always higher and my party is cheap as fuck.

The merchant is 3 dwarves in a trench coat pretending to be 1 person to avoid complications with tax laws. We signed his paper work saying we had known him for years so he could dodge said tax laws. This is why he gives the party better prices. Probably the dumbest way I’ve saved myself time.

I have an Arcane Item Shop that is sort of a knockoff of Matt Mercer’s ‘Gilmore’s Glorious Goods’.

Newman’s Notorious Knickknacks, Newman the proprietor is a rather portly middle-age Enchanter that enjoys hearing about adventurers tales. He always wanted to be an adventurer but just never really had the time since he was always enchanting things for others. He occasionally has odd jobs available if he needs rare ingredients or reagents.
