Pair Programming with the ChatGPT AI - how well does GPT-3.5 understand Bash?

Can I use the latest ChatGPT AI natural language processor to generate effective Bash code? Here's the result of my fascinating experiment. What came out the other end wasn't quite good enough, but it taught me a lot about how insanely useful the AI can be.
