Everything I know about love - Dolly Alderton

This is what I thought of the much hyped 'Everything I know about love'

I only read this because a friend recommended it to read. I haven't read an autobiography/a book like this before so I found an insight into someone else's thoughts and feelings insightful (most reactions or thought processes really aren't how I think at all).


I also think it's an easy read but I also didn't really relate to her. Perhaps that's why overall I didn't really enjoy it, I suppose.

I was never really into drinking that much like her, definitely don't have the same relationship... to relationships as she does. I too think I am more like her best friend, Farley.


I also found it more relatable towards the end. The last chapter titled something like "Everything I know about love at 30" has the most insightful guidance about 'love'. If you ever get bored reading the book, just skip to this bit.

I got the book today, and i was really hyped about it. I read a few chapters and i'm really really bored. But. But if you said you like i'll give it a shot after all. Hope it turns out well.
