Poor girl I am very sorry that you have to deal with this tough illness and breakups are tough too. Just focus on your health, your living situation etc.
The guy isn't worth your energy and he was obviously not the one for you if he broke up with you and put you in this situation. Sweetheart. I'm pausing the video just so that what you said is fresh in my mind. The EXACT same thing happened to me in March, a few weeks before my birthday. I was with my girlfriend for 8 years. It came out of nowhere and it was/is extremely painful. I wish you all the best with your illness and hope the medication from Hungry will get to you even after you've gone back home. Finally, you are awesome, a total fighter, beautiful, and kind- you have nothing to apologize for. Dogs barking or not, we are so lucky to hear from you! Ok.
