I have owned all of the m120 v12 line, its the most reliable 12 cyl out there.
The s, the cl (s coupe/ sec) and the sl cabrio. The pre 1995 years have few electronics problems that require a new upper engine harness that will cost you tops 400 bucks including labour.
M120 is built like a locomotive but chugs fuel like a locomotive too.

I was a Mercedes Benz tech for 12yrs, an when this car was new. For every 100 V12 sedans built they only made 2-3 coupes. Worth picking that one up.

Even if you didn't want to repair the car, it still has a v12 engine that is the base of a Pagani engine. You could pull it and put it inside an epic project car
