Boss 15: Barthandelus
No Crystarium Usage (NCU)
No Equipment Upgrades (NEU)
Normal Battle Speed

Start off in Relentless Assault and focus on either the Right or Left Pauldron, as Snow and Lightning are able to capitalize on their weaknesses. Use Potions to heal when necessary, and make sure to use a Librascope; it's vital for the attack on the Ailettes. The Left one absorbs Ice, and the the right one absorbs Thunder. When you move to attack the Left Ailette, Snow will already know that he can't hurt it and instead focus on the Right one. Alternate between Relentless Assault and Aggression, and Snow will be able to build chain by himself while Lightning and Fang focus on the Left one. Once you're down to just the Right Ailette, switch to Diversity and just focus on keeping everyone's HP up until it's defeated by Fang and Snow.
Once the main battle begins, switch to Smart Bomb and build chain with it until Slow sticks. It's actually more useful if it doesn't stick, as Fang will be contributing more to the chain. Switch to Relentless Assault once it lands, though. Once you stagger, switch to Aggression to deal damage. If you need to heal, it may be best to switch to Diversity or Tireless Charge for a moment. When he uses Thanatosian Smile, use a Potion to lessen the impact. If you're in the middle of an attack, switch to Consolidation to buffer the damage a little. Potions are a 30 HP more effective while you are a Medic, so don't hesitate to heal before returning to offense.
On the second stagger and on, he will cancel it with Destrudo. You have 30 seconds to do enough 12000 damage, or else Lightning is dead. Switch to Relentless Assault, attack for two rounds. Switch to Aggression, attack for two rounds. This should be enough to cause the attack to lessen, signified by a flash and a grunt. You have 15 seconds until the attack fires. Make sure everyone is healed up. You can attack a little more, but switch to Diversity with some time to spare. Ready a Potion, and use it just as the attack is about to hit in order to survive.
If your damage output has kept up well, on the second Destrudo, focus on building the chain after you weaken the attack. Then prepare to summon Odin, but don't do it until the attack is just about to hit in order to evade it. Stagger alongside Odin, then go to Gestalt for the kill. If you can get the chain up to 999.9%, Zantetsuken will be an instant kill for under 19% or so HP on Barthandelus.
I find it interesting that although this is the exact same strategy I used in my original run, I managed to cut 1 minute 53 seconds off my original time.
