February Real Estate Market Report 2020 - Montrose & Ridgway, CO

Hi everyone, this is Jason with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties in Montrose and here’s your current market update and January housing Stats.

In general, we are seeing properties continue to sell for more than last year with less time on the market. New listings in Montrose and Ridgway increased dramatically in January. Hopefully we will see this trend continue as overall inventory is still very low.
So, everyone’s individual situation is different but in general, It’s a good time to sell right now while prices of homes sold stay strong and overall inventory is low.
If you’re in the market, an increase in new listings and record low interest rates are still making it a good time to buy as well.
