I really wish this DLC does not use a top down view. Pyrite Island would look even more stunning than it is. I get that the idea is Fenyx looking down from Olympus, but it kinda make the world design and combat appear simpler than it really is.

Gonna pass on this one, I prefer the 3rd person style of the original game.

The top-down perspective, the terrible save feature, the grinding of having to pass 50+ enemies just to get from A to B (the enemies constantly respawning and vastly overpowering you means you will die again and again and again... at the same spot), the lack of sprint right away (really? sprint is something to obtain later on? kind of ridiculous), remember when enemies in close proximity attacked and hit others and harmed them? that is gone now, and so much more ruined the enjoyment of this. Also, you had better not fall into water because you will die immediately (GTA: Vice City much?); really, a character surrounded by water and islands not being able to swim?

You have to find someone, but first you have to go find this person, then this person, then this person, then.... Give me a break.

I give 1/10 simply for the aesthetic because the art of it IS pretty, but I can't think of much redeeming features.

This DLC was a middle-finger to whoever enjoyed the main game.

I understand the distaste towards the top-down view, but once I got past that I REALLY enjoyed the DLC, definitely the best out of the three released, a perfect add on to the already fantastic main game

I really enjoyed the main game and the new god dlc, but the lost gods i was kinda disapointed, why would they change the view of the game, cant even admire the island with that kind of view angle, its an open world game for christ sake! what were they thinking!? hope they would restore the 3rd person view on this.

This...this makes me sad. I was really looking forward to this, and then suddenly it's isometric. I love the base game but the DLCs have just been lacking. I'm disappointed, and won't be grabbing this one.

I'm so glad I watched this trailer, I just beat the main game and am researching if the dlc is worth buying. There's no hint, in the main game, that this dlc is top down. I would've felt ripped off. Not a top down player, but they should at least let you know in game that this is top down.

I just recently played the demo of Fenyx Rising and I really enjoyed it..I wasn't sure if I would or not, but I did..I'm definitely buying the main game, and will most likely buy this DLC and all of the others..might I suggest creating a DLC for this game that has Egyptian gods and goddesses as the theme?

Glad I'm not the only one who really dislikes the top down view, and this is coming from a huge Zelda fan where the old 2D games never bothered me like this one did. Maybe because the base game and other DLC have such beautiful scenery and you can't really see it well unless you're high up somewhere looking down. It's still a good DLC though and just 100% it today when I thought for sure there was no way I would bother finishing it. Ash certainly can't do everything Fenyx does since she's a regular human so it makes sense that she is a bit power nerfed in comparison but I really had a fun time. You seriously get your money's worth with the base game and all the DLC that's for sure!!
