What will keep those subs though? Do you really want a bunch of guppies to sub to you that will never watch full length videos…which is where the ad revenue pays the bills?

Bit late to the party Kellen, just an FYI, any new feature, (Shorts YT, Reels IG, etc.) are the key to growth once they're introduced.
