If you're looking to collect data about events, Eventbrite is the place to go. Not only are they one of the largest directories of events, but they also maintain a robust developer platform you can use to collect data about any publicly listed event on Eventbrite. The only issue is that they recently disabled the Event Search API Endpoint, making it difficult to discover new events. However, in this video we'll show you a few workarounds to this, ranging from manually using the Eventbrite website for a one-time scrape and finding Venue IDs to use as a substitute for ongoing scrapes of public event data. #eventbrite #events #data

Hi Steve - thanks so much, this is super useful! Quick question - the final csv file doesn't seem to be capturing the event description, which contains most of the textual descriptive information about an event. Any advice on how to solve that?

So this works...up to about page 50. Even when there are hundreds of pages of results, I consistently get an error at page 50- even when manually clicking through each page. Any advice?
