My favorite thing abour Joel is that he's always careful not to harm horses, making sure he only kills the animals he needs to

You could make a lot of tiny armor stands that are barely visible and hide them all over someone's base. For example you could Gaslight Etho by going there and "finding" that he has hundred of little Joels hidden all over his base. He is obsessed after all.

An idea for the large armour stands is to have a massive head just emerging from a lake, terrifying the bejeezus out of everyone.
