DRG Sludge Cannon: Volatile Impact vs Hydrogen Ion

i really don't know. the stronger DoT will eventually creep ahead of the extra damage done by Volatile Impact. is it better to do more damage faster? is it better to wait it out? the Sludge Cannon doesn't exactly reach any breakpoints with the damage boost (haz4 and above). it's better if you keep pumping out shit, that comes with the downside of ammo consumption. however the difference is so minimal, I recommend you pick whichever you prefer. i might be leaning towards Hydrogen Ion because of the puddle penalty
