Full market price means on either premium or discount of par value/face value?

In years 2018 sir wouldn't it be better if we evenly distributed (PAT–preferred dividend) evenly over 12 month.
Profit till July be divided by 800, 000 shares then remain profit from 1 July to 31 December by 1000, 000 shares.?

Sir why no of shares are multiplied with time average factory instead of splitting profits after tax ? It would be better if we splits it than divide by their respective o/s shares
