The McGangbang varies where you are if your in the US its a McDouble and a McChicken if your in Canada like you are then its a McDouble and JrChicken and if your in the UK where i am its a Double Cheeseburger and a Mayo Chicken but the McDouble and Double Cheeseburger are the same thing and the McChicken, JrChicken and Mayo Chicken are all the same thing the name is just different depending where you live
