It makes no sense to us, to say that the market is overvalued. Some companies are overvalued, but with all the stimulus thrown at the global economy inflation most be discounted to P/E ratios regardless of demand or lack of it in some parts of the macro economy. On the other hand, what we are seen is an selective inflation in some areas of the economy such as equities, beening the main cause the interest rates to near zero. So, what companies are cheap in this envorionment: Stocks of companies that have huge inventories with a cost prior to inflation and with chances of going higher with the reopening trade in 2021, such as Boeing. BA has 400 planes each representing a net income of 8MM per plane, at a cost of pre-stimulus induced inflation and with customers that make money with the lease of every order delivered (yes, the make money is not a typo). Add pent up demand for travel and highest ever savings with one whole year of lockdowns and people will fly just to feel alive again. So, for us BA is the reopening stock of 2021.

"The economy looks like it's hitting on all cylinders"...looks at weekly unemployment numbers, ok this guy is disconnected from reality. But wait there's more.
"People got a lot of money"... double checks unemployment, yep this guy is in coocoo land and was smoking crack just before he went on TV. But wait there's more.
That all happened in the first 13 seconds of this video, that's an IMPRESSIVE amount of disconnect from reality.

I have listened to Jeff for years and he has been right about his secular bull market thesis but he doesn't see the depth of pullbacks. A few months prior to the Dec, 2018 pullback I think I remember him saying that the Fall bottom would be around 2800 which was far off the 2346 low. Same thing with the March 2020 low.

This dude literally says the exact same thing every single time he’s on, “secular bull market”. He never has anything new to say.
