this was such an interesting video! it’s a fascinating idea, being a godly contrarian. in being set apart for God’s purposes, Christians should naturally oppose many man-made edicts that do not consider God’s law or His principles. but we must be contrarians against only unjust rules, and continue lauding God’s principles as the ultimate benefit for all humans in all areas of life. i see many in non-reformed camps who are too easily swept away with man made ideologies by way of default as a result of just not opposing them, letting them stick around, calling them “personal convictions” when they clearly have an effect on a larger culture. many in reformed camps see this and swing so far the other way to be contrarian to almost everything... and that balance is a difficult one to strike. to do it right we must be well rooted in scripture and grounded in love. I would love to hear Pastor Wilson talk more about this in the coming times. But this Man Rampant was a very enjoyable one- thank you for all the work everyone put into it. Soli Deo Gloria!

I live in PA and stopped wearing a mask in places. Most people don't bother me and if they do I just ignore them. I suggest people start doing the same.

Principles versus Rules. People "need" rules when they forget the life principles given to us in the 10 Commandments or the Great Commandment (love God and love your neighbor). Simple, but not easy. And people want easy (or they want control of you).

Read "The Last Battle" by C.S. Lewis. The Dwarves would not leave their tents even though they were free to do so it's the last book of his Narnia series.

Acutely interested to hear Doug's thoughts on mandatory vaccines, particularly for military (it's coming). I, like Doug was, am in the Navy and have just a few years until retirement, but at present I plan on leaving the service before being forced to take the vaccine. Don't get me wrong: I believe in modern medical science and thank God for His common grace in giving it to us, but though I uphold my oath and value my job, my first priorities are to my wife and children. I wont roll the dice on a scarcely tested vaccine that at best ameliorates symptoms of an unremarkable new pathogen from which I'm at exceedingly low risk. Hope Doug can carve out a segment on this topic. Always appreciate his wisdom.

I am betting that some stores won't let the masks disappear, those stores that required masks before the city or state required them. Costco, Walmart, come to mind.

With several states already proposing perpetual mask mandates, I wonder if this video's title is a bit optimistic? I live in Washington State, and I'm just waiting for our Governor to propose never-ending mask mandates and vaccine passports.

I'm working on a business concept. A Halo vaccine headband. This way you can still virtue signal while breathing freely.

Some people went from hating having to wear a mask, to not being able to live without it. I’m still the only one in the stores without one here in WA. Haven’t from day one because I knew what the end goal of wearing them was. (Hint: it wasn’t to stop the spread). Also these men should really asking the why question. Why is a rule/mandate being rescinded when that basically NEVER happens. Some goal must have been achieved. I can think of several.

Donald Trump got rid of many regulations (rules). It's my understanding that many more were removed than were added, overall. In my opinion, it was one of the best things to come from his presidency. These regulations were to do with business, and the decreased red tape meant a measure of freedom restored and it led swiftly to economic prosperity.

The mandates and orders the devil is making those who worship him place in "authority" over people aren't fully gonna end until the Lord Jesus Christ returns and ends them. Repent and believe in Jesus.

Church attendance is that principle (or tell me nobody has missed church because of sickness or working shiftwork). Honouring the Sabbath Day is the law and is not the same. The Government has closed all their temples too in this pandemic (ex. Bars, Strip Clubs, Casinos, etc) so the temporary limits or temporary closings of worship halls is not prosecution to Christians. Prosecution is aimed directly and only at (a) Christian(ity)
