Great vocal tips again. I think the Japanese house one may be a more subtle reverb. I think what I’m hearing is a unique trick I learned where u just run a parallel vocal and you compress it heavily and accentuate the lows for warm and highs and cut anything weird or harsh cause the main vocal eq is probably doing that and blend the parallel under. Gives it a weird compressed sheen you can’t get with reverb alone. Slate digitals air does the same thing and his other free plugin Revival. Basically a saturation compression exciter thing goin on

I rlly like the tame impala sound. Im a little confused though, are you putting the reverb + ott and phaser on a bus or straight on to the vocals chain? Also if its possible i would love to see a video where you make a tame Impala vocal preset explaining what all goes into vocals like that. Keep up the good work!

Not to be a dick but I'm pretty sure the "Tame Impala reverb" is basically just a delay and the "Beach House reverb" is a simple spring reverb. Tame Impala often makes his delays sound a bit like reverbs by keeping the delay time short and the feedback relatively high. That's what gives it the vibrant effect, which I think you're mimicking here with the flanger.
