A blushing bride walked down the aisle with EIGHT rescue dogs – even carrying her blind 17-year-old pooch in place of a bouquet.
Animal lover Samantha Kelly couldn’t bear to be without her four-legged friends on her big day, so was determined to incorporate them into her ceremony at their home, Loughanmore Court in County Laois, Ireland, earlier this month.
The 33-year-old already owned three of the pooches when she first got together with new husband Ronan, but the duo were not done there as they since added a further five to their home.
On the day of the wedding, all eight mutts – including disabled 12-year-old Pat, who uses wheels to get about, Jessie, who has special needs, allergies and deformed legs, Bonnie, 12-year-old Jack, who has undergone three surgeries for teeth problems, blind Lily, Toby, who suffers from nerve problems and Barney who was stray for three weeks before joining the family.
