I am a game dev and I worked on a team project one time, the thing that you really need to do is to let them have a meeting and put some rules and patterns for the code, and after finishing the code there will have to be a team to polish this code live with each other, that is the only way they can collaborate better and have less bugs

The General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon is an American single-engine supersonic multirole fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics for the United States Air Force (USAF).
