I think there is some difference in the cognitive factors leading to anti-Semitism. I think that, more so than racism, anti-Semitism is more likely to be rooted in conspiratorial thinking.
Also, in my experience, racists are overwhelmingly people of low personal achievement.
Both have roots in illogical thinking, but the flavors of that illogical thinking are a bit different.
