There's no guarantee it'll stop at Cat 4, so if you're in the path, get out. Don't risk it.

Unfortunately i have some experience with these storms living in Daytona..leave immediately dont play with this storm..its horrible listening to the sound of the wind.. Tallahassee is very hilly if thats a word lol but it has hills and flooding is very possible..i would leave Tallahassee..the university should tell them to leave
