Google has recently been dipping their toes into the world's most loved programming language Rust. Last year they announced their vision for a new operating system for security in rust and have also begun adding the language for new code to the android project. Google’s director of engineering and other staff have just compiled a report detailing the rust adoption process with statistics and insights. In this video I will be showcasing the five myths google engineers debunked surrounding rust adoption as well as those they confirmed.
