That bungalow deserves a redoing of front and back courtyard, having them turned in a beautiful green leafy garden. Interior decoration can be easily fixed as well

it is really sad when you have almost a million dollars and you can not find a decent home. over 700, 000 and you have to share a back yard space.

TINY Portobello garden, not enough if they have kids &/or dogs. I thought a "cottage" was all one floor - this one has an upstairs! Then there's "Too much house for too much money" but as Phil says, he could spend that much fixing up the other house, but feel he had "control". Sorry, I don't get it - they're passing on a big, gorgeous house that needs no work, while favoring a smaller one that does.
