The older figure looks better overall; also the back of the older card looks pretty cool, kinda like it a bit more. Cool review! 👍

Great review Time! I'm not sure how I feel about the newer version being different. Sometimes they don't feel like re-issues.

Each version seems to have a very similar number of pro's/con's so very close overall, but, I think the original release just wins out because the face detail is so much clearer.

Having said that, sadly like many I don't own Weequay, so still keen to pick up the re-release and in all honesty it's still a better looking TVC figure than many we get, so just be happy to own one🙂

The older figure all the way!! Definitely more screen accurate. Saves me from having to shell out more money.

The original looks better to me aside from the belt buckle paint. However seeing as how I don't have any I'll gladly pickup one for myself in the near future.

Gonna be a huge improvement over my current 5poa figure.

The older one looks better to me. The wash on the new one tends to make the face and hands color too similar to the vest where they sort of blend together. The vest and straps on the old one has more depth and detail and the skin tone is more distinct. The mis colored hinges on the backs of the knees on the old one is a disappointment but the mis colored hinges in the armpits of the new one are not as big a deal since you probably won’t see them as much if at all. The belt buckle on the new one is slightly better. I have the old one and won’t be replacing it but I’m glad that it is available again for those that want it.

I like the new one better cuz his straps blend with the rest of his chest (as they should) but I think the biggest miss on both figures is not painting his collar and the inner parts of his shoulders blue. You can see right on the card they should be blue like his sleeves, not the brown of his chest armour.

The front of the card looks better but everything else about the old one is better aside from those leg hinges. Disappointing but I still want it even though I have the old one. Tough for me to pass on any OT figure.

Paying 10k for the Haslab Khetanna, Skiffs and all the figures looks really good about now.

yea i agree that some parts of the older figure are better and some of the new one are better. you'd have to kitbash the best version of the two

Meh I like the original way better, the new one just has the 40th tacked onto it and it's over sized, Love the review, keep them coming Bossk,
