Simple fix when TRIM function doesn't work (no formula required)

Sometimes the TRIM function doesn’t remove ALL unwanted spaces. If you are having this problem, you might like to try this quick fix. No formulas required

Fanstastic. Spaces in excel can be pesky pesky pesky, especially if they come on numbers. In my case, trim was not working as they were non breaking spaces. Once I used the trick you taught (copy the non breaking space and replace with regular space), my entire excel looked so pretty - I could give it a hug! Thanks for your help. Back to work
