Good to see. Hope they keep adding more. Here are my suggestions (THIS IS LONG, but I think there's some good suggestions in here). Please add your ideas and share.

Player Customization
More customization for the create a player (facial features and body styles - fat, skinny, jacked, long legs, short legs, height, weight, etc).

Events
Option to change the number of rounds in events.

Practice
Driving range. Maybe even a Top Golf partnership…
Night range option.

Golfers
Add legends (Nicklaus, Palmer, Trevino, Sneed, Hogan, etc)

Throwback Mode
Vintage golfers, clubs and balls.

Equipment
Equipment (shaft, head ball) that affects ball flight (height, distance and spin, etc).
Retro Equipment.

Animations
More of them and more accurate to the shot result. No fist pumping when 60ft from the hole.
Bend over and pick up the ball after a made putt. D’on’t just stand there like a psycho.

Camera
Create-A-Cam (control zoom, pitch, wide angle, etc).
Keep camera from pre-address view (lower and zoomed in more on golfer - looks awesome). 
Don’t zoom out and change angle when the golfer addresses the ball. The big close up low angle looks super realistic.
More creative ball flight camera. Close up of ball spinning. Ball gets bigger the closer it gets to the camera. Improved sensation of speed, etc.
Roll cam - sucks. Angle it up more. Less grass more course beauty. More like the hole flyover cam.

Tee Box
Ability to move around in the tee box and position your shot.

Caddies
More caddie customization, or real caddies.
Caddie tips
Caddie yardage book
Hold the pin
Move the bag out of the way
Pull clubs out of bags
Towel off the ball and clubs

Replays
Needed.

Weather/Time of Day
Dynamic weather and time of day (trees swaying, clouds moving, rain).
Course conditions that change with time of day and weather.

Carts/Walking
Would be cool to be able to drive a cart and or walk to your ball.

Range Finder
Ability to use a range finder to pick a target for distance, elevation, etc.
Looks like looking through a range finder in real life.

Lie
More various lie percentages. They’re too good too often.

Fat Shots/Thin Shots
Should be in the game.

On Screen Display
Ability to turn/toggle off for more realism.

Frame-rate
60fps (I know it’s coming)

Driving
Too easy to hit the fairway.

Putting
More stances, more grips styles, putter lengths, etc.
Lip-outs (if not already fixed)

Swing
Option for a much faster swing.
Way more swing types and animations.

Shot Types
Different stances for shot types

Sound
More driver/putter sounds.
sound when a putt is tracking towards the hole.
when you miss the green on 16 waste management.

Stances
More stances for driving, putting, bunker, flops, fades, draws, etc.

Fans
Fans track and react to ball more/better.

Looking forward to seeing what EA can do with future updates. Cheers.

Finally got the game been a 2k golfer finally learn my tempo so the 3 click will make things alot easier

You can change the putting to 3 click as well bud, Ive tested them in pro, tour and sim modes, higher up tier you go, the faster the meter, pitch and chip shots are quick as well at times and in certain conditions.

I'm reallly digging the effort EA has put into the game, really like the fast play feature, the bug fixes, performance fixes (for PC). I think further down the line we'll see changes, the game definitely needs a presentation (cameras), shot-making, a realism overhaul in general. Personal preferance really, I played about 20 rounds so far but so far I could see the game becoming a hybrid of realistic simulator golf/chill laid back effortless game, sort of how naturally EA's FIFA progressed over 15-20, 21-23

That was quick with 3 click makes this playable & enjoyable..
Now all we need to complete this awesome game is full match play online & 60fps...
I agree with Early1981 this 3 click so much better than that confusing 3 click on 2K..

Yup like another said. It appears 3 click is there for putting. On your settings underneath the swing mechanic is putting mechanic. You prob can adjust it there.

You have to also change the putting to 3 click as well

You forgot to turn on the separate swing mechanic for putting, you left it on analog setting. it was the second option down.

the game was tremendous...I hope this didn't start making things too easy because complainers just can't play the game as intended. It's ok for some, but it looks extremely slow and too easy. I love a challenging golf sim, and that's what this was. Hopefully they will tune things to be a little more difficult instead of the opposite. I like the regulars swing stick and will keep it. How does hitting a button 3 times looking at a slow meter feel like golf?

Hi Lee - hows it going. I think the 3 click is a good introduction to the game, it just depends what you want out of the game. Personally it looks to easy, and there's not much of a challenge, the pointer needs speeding up similar to 2K23. Cya Doug

Haven’t tried it yet on PGA tour but wish they would have made it more like 2K’s 3 click.

Dude, Can you please explain about R3 button move for"High" "Low" "Fade" and etc.I am confuse for using it.

I remember trying the three click in 2k23 and I was actually so dang annoyed with it that instead I just learned the stick mechanic instead. People dont like to hear this, but I actually think 3 click can be tougher than the stick.
