The answer to homeless is quite simple….WE ALLOW HOMELESS! If you don’t allow homelessness by dealing with it quickly, not by bandaid solutions that take years to implement.

This is a remarkable solution to offset the cost of food banks in Canada. If govt created the need from overspending. If govt they created the need then they should fund food banks .

Im a homeless veteran right now on the streets in Orlando Florida. I like this idea and I hope this type of thing catches on in more places.

Considering we're down almost $1, 000, 000, 000.00 by the end of the week(every week of the year) as a Country, it's almost reasonable to expect there are people left out, struggling and wondering where all the Money is going.



We give our gov over $25, 000, 000, 000.00 yearly in Income Tax alone.




Not including EI, HST GST PST, Carbon Tax


Where does it all go?


See any new Hospitals around your Area?


See any new Sick Kid Wings?


See any new Science Centers?


See any new Local Facilities that actually Positively Impact your Lives?

We started a Facebook group about 2 weeks ago here in Nova Scotia to help an encampment of homeless people living in tents. The group has over 200 people and people and businesses in the community are stepping up. We are hoping to secure a plot of land to start a large garden to help out local organizations like churches, soup kitchens and Salvation Army. Hoping to get the town to donate a parcel of land from one of the tax sales of properties in the arrears.

I think this is a noble use of funds. Not only does it help fund a homeless shelter, but it also restores the dignity & sense of purpose to individuals that had the system turn its back on them!

I believe this program should be expanded throughout Canada and also would be great to have in the United States.

An option on the food truck is to buy a meal for the homeless for people on the street . This is awesome idea .
