Build a simple Chatbot in 60 minutes with Node.js | Facebook Messenger Bot

In the project, I train the Chatbot to handle "greetings", "thanks", and "bye" sentences. It means that the bot is using Natural Language Processing (NPL) to understand and extract meaningful information (called entities) out of the messages people send.

Chào anh, anh cho em hỏi chút rằng mình có thể bắt được action khi admin page nhắn tin lại cho khách hàng không ạ ? hiện tại em đang muốn lưu lại cuộc trò chuyện giữa admin page và user nhưng mới bắt được action khi user nhắn tin cho page còn ngược lại thì chưa làm được, anh có thể cho em xin keyword hoặc gợi ý nào để giải quyết vấn đề này không ạ ? em cám ơn.
