I had this issue in my teens. All it takes is very gentle pulling back of the skin during warm showers and masturbation. Just do it very slowly and gradually over a period of time, it will loosen up. Just don't get a circumcision!!!

As an adult, i am very self consious about mine. I was never taught about masterbation or anything about sex cuz I lived in a religious area. So when I first tried pulling back, it hurt, and i thought I shouldn't be doing this. I was really insecure when my girlfriend saw it and laughed at it. Made me feel less of a man.
