My bro made a whole bunch of sneakerhead snobs cringe when he started the unprotected feet flexions lol

I don’t bother with that stuff. Any time I need to walk in mine I just use a wheelchair to go around the Target or whatever store I’m at.

I tried crease protectors and they are bearable for the first 30 minutes. After that, you start to really feel them and then actually hurts.Just gotta face it, shoes that are worn are meant to be creased. Creased shoes mean that they are loved.

I been using these for years. I don’t find them uncomfortable at all. It could just be the shape of my foot, or maybe i just got used to their presence. Dunks, jordan 3s, air forces, they all fit comfortably for me. And they definitely stop 90% of the creasing.

I’ve worn crease protectors and I’ll forever wear my shoes normally from now on

One thing people seem to forget is that the creases still have to form somewhere, with crease protectors this is most often at the sides.

They do work. I use them for some 4s that I have. If you want crease protectors for most of your shoes I suggest going up half a size.

I bought a box full 2 years ago, thinking they were a God send... tried them, walked 20 stepps, took them out and dumped all of them in the bin

I don't think they're that uncomfortable at all. They help to keep your shoes looking new & it actually works so well. I love 'em. Been using them for years.

I wear my sneakers a bit oversized like half a size so I get crease protectors to make my foot fit easier and to change where the creases inevitably end up

I have sneaker shields. They can sometimes be a bother to break in, but they will do their job, and I don't even notice them anymore.

Yeah my foot health is way more important than some creases.

Crease protectors arent that uncomfortable. You just need the right size.

First hand experience here. They work. Matter fact; I’m wearing some right now. They are a bit uncomfortable, but not as bad as you may think.

Honestly, I thought u put them in on the first test because the right show didn’t crease as much + the different laces made me feel like I should look out for the difference 😅

The trick is to go a half size up on your sneakers to feel comfortable with crease protectors. I fw sneaker shields, but the brands also matter, because some of them are thin and flimsy as hell.

Most shoes crumble or turn hard as a rock after about 10 years, especially if they have polyurethane in any capacity so it isn't too worthwhile to treat many shoes like investments unless its short term or you know the materials will hold up.

While I understand not liking creases, I don't think its worth hurting your foot over something you can more often than not reduce significantly with a wet cloth and iron. Not to mention the side creases caused by the protectors can look far worse than regular natural creasing, creasing that often doesn't make shoes look all that bad.

If you're trying to prevent creases you should only do it for yourself, If you do it for others you're failing because 99% of people don't give a shit, and the people who do are more often than not obnoxious and under 17 years old.

Then there are those who do it to hold resell value, which is a stressful ass way to wear shoes.

If the crease protectors go inside of the shoes, then why don't they just add some soft padding to the crease protectors to make it a little more comfortable?

They absolutely work! I put them in basically all of my shoes. I think creases look bad and make shoes look trashy. If you care about ur shoes and how you look, you should use anything that keeps ur shoes looking good.
