The vibe was inspired by Manila sound of the 70's era. 70's where many Filipino band came out and created the manila sound which empresses freedom of expression in a cool, groovy way. Check out hotdogs, boyfriends, vst & co, apo hiking society etc. They all have English songs too. I would say iv of spades genre is revive retro music hehe
